Each mailer includes community spotlight content (local news, non-profit features, senior resources, school highlights) alongside business ads, and we guarantee category exclusivity — only one business per category per zip code.

Once a month. Each zip code runs on its own schedule, and we'll always confirm your drop date in advance so you can plan any offers or promotions around it.

Because it's not just ads. Both sides of the mailer include community spotlight content — local news summaries, non-profit features, senior and family resources, school and youth highlights. It's content neighbors genuinely want to reference. And because the card offers something for everyone, neighbors hold onto it far longer than a single-offer mailer — which means your ad keeps working long after it lands.

It means only one business per business category is allowed on each zip code's mailer. If you're the only roofer in zip code 18954, no other roofing company can advertise on that mailer — ever, for as long as you remain a partner. Your competition is locked out by design.

If your category is already claimed in your target zip code, you have two options: choose an adjacent zip code where your category is still open, or join the waitlist. If the current partner doesn't renew, the spot opens up and goes to the next person on the waitlist for that category.

Pricing depends on the zip code and the number of households. We'll provide a specific quote when you submit an inquiry. What we can say: it's priced to be accessible for local businesses. The cost is shared across all partners on the mailer — so you're not paying the large expense of a solo direct mail campaign. Most advertisers are paying about $0.07 cents per mailbox for our standard size ad. We have three sizes to offer - one of them is sure to fit your budget!

No contracts. We don't lock you in — we earn your business every month. That said, direct mail works best through repetition. Neighbors who see your ad once might notice it. Neighbors who see your ad over multiple postcards remember you when they need what you offer. For partners who want to commit to multiple months upfront, we offer discounted multi-month rates — ask us about current pricing when you get in touch.
